Hello,
I have installed Cisco Prime LMS 4.2.2 on my Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 x64. All works fine but when I tried to run discovery processes I received error messages:
"Error in communicating with DCR Server. DCR Server may be down. Please start the DCR Server and then start discovery."
or
"
Error |
Error in communicating with DCR Server. For more details click here. DCR Server may be down. Please start the DCR Server and then refresh the page |
"
I have tried to do same things which described on discussion "https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2068640",
"https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2078081" and "https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2005058" but it didn't help me.
Could someone help me with it or provide me link where that problem was fixed.

Hi Roman.
Are you seeing a NOSUCHMETHOD Exception in the cstm.log file?

Thank you for replay.
I found resolution for my problem with TAC support.
That issue was fixed after reinstallation LMS with local administrator privilege. Previous copy of LMS was installed without local administrator privilege.

Sorry, but I have removed log file. As I remember it was error related with MySQL database, some issue with connection to database.
