I'm getting a bit frustrated about our newly installed Cisco Prime LMS 4.2 and setup.
Most devices have already been added in, but the AutoMonitoring section is displaying the following error:

Problem with File /WEB-INF/screens/admin/AutoMonitoringDetails.jsp!!!java.lang.NullPointerException And a lot of sections under Monitoring dashboard are saying: "Unable to get Database Connection. Either UPMDbEngine process is down or Connection Pool is exhausted." I've restarted the UPMDbEngine process even though it's already running and later on restarted the whole LMS Windows server, but nothing has changed after. |
Just ran a Self Test and two bits of information brought to my eye.
FAIL SWAP Size in GB:9.0
FAIL Cisco Prime Installed Drive Size in GB: 50.0
Not sure those two FAIL are causing the issue or not. Could someone please shed some light on it?

Its perfectly fine, it happens many time.
Not sure of such an option. May be you can just close it be marking resolved.
