Cisco Prime not Restoring

Please I need your help Guys. We had an issue with my company prime infrastructure hosted on a VM so I did NCS cleanup and NCS run reset db. We also have a remote FTP for backup but whenever I try to do a restore from the remote ftp, it stops at 7 of 9 with error recovering and restoring backup despite having numerous backups on the Remote FTP server. Can anyone help me with a solution to the issue?

are you restoring the saved version of PI the backup took place? where is your FTP in the same location or far away, never seen this before as per my experience,

Can you post the exact error of the screenshot?  how about download and doing from Local Computer connected to Prime back to back connection with direct cable?

I am sure the prime back is big large as i see last time it was for one of the environments to go to 90GB.

Is there anything you can advise me to do?

Thanks for your support.

You have different backups, try different one older date and see is there any difference , if you see same issues all of them, then Looks like you may be hitting with Bug here : (if you have contract raise a TAC Case please )

Did you restart the PI before doing a restore, sometimes a restart resolves the DB restoration errors?

If this also doesn't resolve your issues your DB must have been corrupted. You will have to reimage your PI and then restore the backup.
