I have a Cisco Prime PI-UCS-APL-K9 version 3.1.0 appliance that does not start, the symptoms I present were the following:
1- The device lost management by GUI but allowed access by SSH "CLI" and responded PING
2- The device does not respond to the ping and it lost the management by SSH - CLI, the switch port is checked and it appears in UP.

3- We proceed to perform a physical restart of the equipment and connect a monitor to observe the output of logs on the screen.

After this, the equipment did not show that error anymore. It makes attempts to start the OS but without success.
I reset the diagnostic light path and it looks like this on the screen.
If this has happened to any of the community, I am very attentive to your recommendations, if there is any way to reset or restart a service.
