Cisco Prime Software Upload failure

When trying to upload a Nexus 9k file, I create the job, select the file, and the job begins and after it progresses to 100% I get a successful pop-up, but when I go to the job dashboard it says the job failed with a "file not found" error.

Any advice?

  - @trevormichel212                              What kind of file is this ?
Also note that these days only the latest version of Prime remains supported
being 3.10 with patch release 6.

That becomes more important when using modern devices such as nexus.
Check if your specific nexus model is compatible using :

This issue, where your Nexus 9k job reports success during upload but then fails with "file not found" on the dashboard, usually means the file was uploaded but a **secondary system process failed to locate or validate it** for installation. The fastest solution is to **log into the Nexus CLI** and use the `dir bootflash:` command to **verify the file's exact name and location**, checking for any errors in spelling, capitalization, or special characters. Additionally, ensure the `bootflash:` has enough **free space** and, if using a Web GUI, attempt the upload again using a more reliable method like **SCP or TFTP via the CLI** to rule out an issue with the GUI's job handling.
