Hi,
I have a problem with Cisco Prime Infrastructure after upgrade from version 3.0 to version 3.1
When I go to Monitor / Monitoring Tools / Alarms and Events / Syslogs, I can see syslog events. The problem here is that the Timestamp is not OK.
I can see timestamp here as, for example, 12:15 PM UTC, while on Prime server there is 13:15 CET.
So on Prime GUI it is AM/PM and wrong timezone. How can I correct that?
Also, the message on the top of this dashboard says "This page has been deprecated. Please traverse to Monitor / Syslog Viewer for enhanced experience."
I go to Monitor / Syslog Viewer but there is nothing, it is empty.
I only see this message: "No Syslogs to display at this time. You might need to enable syslogs in the device configuration and check the default filter applied and update if needed."
Please help, what is wrong here. Syslog messages are in the alarms dashboard, but with wrong timestamp.
And in syslog viewer window there are no syslog events.
Kind regards,
Stjepan

I have found workaround for UTC timezone in alarms and events, but still no syslog events in Syslog Viewer :(
Workaround for timezone:
1. Navigate to Monitor -> Alarms and Events.
2. Click the gear-like button at the top-right of the alarm or event table.
3. Mouse over the "Columns" menu option.
4. On the popout menu that appears, click the "Reset" button.
