Hi all,
Quick question about Cisco Prime Toolbar 1.2 for Firefox.
We are running Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.2
I load up the toolbar and enter my credentials in however no data comes in for me. I look at the logs and have this error message...
Tue Nov 20 2012 15:26:21 GMT-0500 (Eastern Standard Time) retrieve Unreachable devices error connection webacs/api/v1/data/ClientDetails?.full=true&status=DISASSOCIATED&.maxResults=1 parsererror SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character 200
Any clue on where to begin on this issue? Is it Firefox, Windows 7, NCS Prime 1.2?

Yes, I am still having issues with this. One thing I have noticed is that the toolbar works on all of my 32bit machines. This one I am having troubles with is a 64 bit machine running 32 bit Firefox. Looking at the logs closer, it looks as if it is trying to connect to a different HTTPS link than the others that are working.
