Cisco Prime: UT shows no IP Addresses

Hello,

i am running succesfully User Tracking but the IP Address and Subnet Information fields are not populated.

any ideas

Hi Alex,

If you run Reports -> Inventory -> User Tracking -> layout="All Host Entries" do you see a values under "Associated Routers" for problematic rows?

If this column is empty, then you should  delete and read the router from Inventory > Device Administration > Add / Import / Manage Devices. Then run a fresh Data Collection and Host.
