Cisco Prime v 3.1 can it manage NON Cisco devices

Does v 3.1 of Prime able to manage NON Cisco devices e.g. Nortel, Juniper

Yo don't get all the Cisco features but you can manage third party devices with Prime Infrastructure as long as you have the applicable SNMP MIBs for those devices available.
