Hi,
I keep getting cisco prime alarms in the format Device IP address authentication failed for request from IP address. Please do you know how I can resolve this issue in Cisco Prime.

- Determin the from-ip-address device name following your a query to your DNS server; if it concerns the Prime server itself then remove the particular-originating device from prime and re-add it; but issue 'verify credentials' first.

Hi Aidei0001,
First edit your device and reenter the SSH credentials then Sync and update most of the cases this works if not
Delete your device and Add again ...if the device imported in bulk then might be miss entered IP adress or SNMP credentials just Delete and Add once again 😉
