Cisco SIMS

Hi,

Cisco SIMS is not showing the events sent from the

PIX firewall.The PIX is configured correctly because I ran a sniffer trace and its sends the events to the Netforensics server.

I have added the PIX instances in Netforensics but still no events.

Do I need to ran agents on the PIX, the documenation talks about nf-Agents but I don't understand where they get loaded.

Any suggestions

Yes, you would need the agents on PIX. Pls go to www.cisco.com/techsupport/-----> Click on Guest -----> select Product Support, select VPN and security-----> then click on PIX and then select troubleshooting.
