Cisco Support contract part number is needed !

my company just ordered fornew LMS release and exactly needed the support to open TAC's .

I searched but couldn't find the part number for this, some one send me this part number CON-PSUS-LMS410K9,

I searched but I could not find anything usefull, it would be very appreciated if someone help me to work it out.

Hi Ali,

I guess more than the part number if you enter the Serial number or contract covering your Ciscoworks can work for you.

Contract is a must to open a TAC case. Moreover for further enquiry you can mail tac@cisco.com who can assist you open a case with available details or you can call CIN @ 800-553-2447.
