Cisco Switch Management

This question has probably been posted and answered before, but I will ask again. The company I work for has many Cisco 350 switches around Dallas and surrounding areas, is there a software that can be used to monitor and configure. I am looking for a way to manage them without having to visit each site to manually configure them.

So can you VPN into the network? If you're in the network you have couple of options:

SNMP write:
