Cisco terminal server -cisco ISR4221/K9

Hi Everyone,

I am using Cisco ISR4221/K9 as a terminal server. I have configured and connected the As0/1/1 to one of my Cisco switch console ports. Now, when I am trying to get into the cisco switch from terminal server it ask username and password and when i give it, it does not take me to the switch. It just does nothing and freezes, and nothing happens, and I have to kill the sessions.

can anyone help me to find what is wrong there. My terminal server configuration is below:

I see no baudrate set for any of the serial interfaces.
make sure this matches the baudrate of the connected device

what is the output of "show line"?
