Is there a part number for Unified Operations Manager? Or does it come with Call Manager?

It comes as an eval with CallManager..
But it is a completely separate product and it should run on a dedicated server usually.
It works best in conjunction with it's buddies, CUSM and CUSSM.
I think they have added Network Management info to design guides now:

You can find information about Cisco Unified Operations Manager (CUOM) at the following page.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6535/index.html
It has to run on a dedicated server with the minimum specs as listed in the data sheet. You can download CUOM and install it with the evaluation license that is valid for 90 days if you want to try it out. If you would like to download it then please click the "Download Software" link at the above link and get CUOM 2.0.3 which is the latest version right now. There is also a Service Pack 1 to install afterwards.
Cisco Unified Service Monitor (CUSM) comes bundled with CUOM. When you install CUOM it will also install CUSM. When you choose the evaluation option in the installer you will have a valid evaluation license for 90 days. That way you can try both CUOM and CUSM. CUOM and CUSM can only coexist on the same server if there are less than 5000 phones. Refer to the data sheet for all the specifics.
