We've got Cisco Webex and TMS integrated through TMSXE. They want us to install the Cisco Webex Meeting desktop app and Outlook plugin to schedule our meetings.. which, whatever, it's bulky and hideous but it's fine. We've got all of our exchange room and equipment mailboxes setup and linked in TMSXE to associate with their respective TMS equipment counterparts. If I schedule a meeting, the equipment mailbox auto-accepts and you can join the meeting from the Cisco telepresence endpoint. However the issue we're having is that if a user schedules a meeting from their Outlook, then walks into a conference room to start the meeting, there's no way for them to start the meeting from the console without first remoting into their desktop and clicking Start meeting. Is there a component to this that I'm missing? Ideally a host should be able to start a scheduled meeting from an endpoint device, right?
