Cisco Work High CPU Utilization

Hi,

We have issue with Cisco Work Server Performance issue where CPU utilization always reaching to 100%.I have observed few processes are taking huge Memory usage.The below are the processes :

1. dbsrv9.exe 1,049,112k

2. java.exe 878,380k

3. dbsrv9.exe 111,276k

4. sm_server.exe 766,344k

5. tomcat.exe 167,800k

There are multiple instance of java.exe are running .

Please help me in your expertise in resolving high cpu utilization issue.

Could you describe the functional impact of what you observe? Any degradation in service, for example?

I am showing sm_server.exe *32 41 - 50 % CPU usage and 402,312 and climbing.  When I first looked at our server this morning it was over a GIG worth of memory being used.
