Hello -
Can you tell me where I find the licensing information for Cisco Works version 2.2 ?
The server that CWs is installed on is due an OS upgrade and the plan is to wipe the drive and do a clean OS install. I cannot find the install disc for Cisco Works so I am hoping that if I can verify the installation, an upgrade would be cheaper than purchasing a new install.
I have a small Cisco network to look after, so I'm assuming that CWLMS-3.2-100-K9 would be the product code.
Any help much appreciated.
Regards

CiscoWorks 2.2 did not use a license file or licensing daemon. If you don't have the original media or proof of purchase, perhaps your Cisco account manager or reseller can verify your past purchase / ownership of LMS 2.2, making you eligible for the lower cost upgrade license SKU.
LMS 4.0 is the current major release, by the way.

Thanks for the reply - I'm pretty sure BT installed the software, but that was back in 2005 !!
The customer may have to bite the bullet and pay for a new install.
