Cisco Works is constantly logging into my PIX 515 and issueing a no pager line command? I am running RME 4.0.5. Any thoughts?

This is not due to something in LMS that, but a change in PIX OS code. In PIX 6.x code we didn't need to enter global config mode to archive PIX configs, but this
has changed in PIX 7.x code.
It is now required due to PIX OS 7.x to enter global config mode and
enter "no pager". Before we had to support that version of code, we
never went in to config t to issue the no pager command. Now, the OS
requires it. Since we explicitly changed our code for this and
enhancement to LMS will not help. And the PIX does not support the
CONFIG-COPY-MIB, so we have to go interactive to get the config.

Thanks David - I am wondering why I could not get that information from TAC support. My company spends $200000 a year for TAC support and I get 10 minute response from NetPro when my tac case which has been opened for 5 days now is still be reviewed by some guy in TAC who really does not get it. Frustrated with Cisco TAC

In addition to Dave's comments, there is a bug on this, CSCsi07492. A workaround is available by calling the TAC and referencing this bug ID, and this will be resolved in LMS 3.0.
