Cisco Works for Windows Ver 6.1 with What's Up Gold

I installed Cisco Works 6.1 Desktop and installed the latest pkgs.from CCO. On my 6509s I get "Unsupported Card" for the following - 6516A-GBIC, 6148GE RJ45, NAM, SUP720 running CAT OS ver 8.4(3).

On my 6506s I get "Unsupported Card" for the following - 6148RJ45 10/100. I can see SUP2 running IOS 12.1(2)E3.

I have search CCO for Cisco View patches and cannot locate anything to fix my problems. Any suggestions. I've attached captured Sh Ver & sh mod from 6509 & 6506.

I just had a look at the (CWW 6.1)CiscoView 5.4 Cat 6K device packages and it shows all of the above cards as supported devices.

Try downloading the latest device packages from here:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Software/CiscoView/cvplanner.cgi

I've been there already and downloaded all pkgs displayed for 6500 CAT OS & IOS.

I saw a similar problem from someone else. I attached captured screens of that problem.

Is there dependencies of other pkgs?
