Hi Manish, Thank you for your quick reply. Yes I do have that document. I thought PCD or PCP may do it for you. I guess I was correct with re-installing UC Apps. Thank you for your assitance Vince

I've been there already and downloaded all pkgs displayed for 6500 CAT OS & IOS.I saw a similar problem from someone else. I attached captured screens of that problem.Is there dependencies of other pkgs?
