We use LMS Cisco works in my work to monitor our devices but suddenly it appear for me
Processes UPMProcess are down and the process state the administrator has shut this server down |
and on monitor screen Device Availability , CPU Utilization Summary Chart, TOP-N Memory Utilization it doesn't appear so how can i make this process up again
Actually, i put my question before in wrong section and Mr.Marvin Rhoads told me to put it here . Also he gave me solution by using those command
Windows:
net stop crmdmgtd
net start crmdmgtd
to stop all process and run it again but still same problem. I hope if you have any other ideas to solve this problem

Hi,
I don't see the CPU and RAM information in the system info ,check the CPU and RAM size accordigly check the TABLE for mib objects.
To avoid this issue in feature , you need to poll only those devices and interfaces which are important
While configuring the Pollers use the Option called “Poll by User Selection >> Select the instances on which you want to poll the devices” . This will help you to manage the pollers in more effective and efficient way.

One more thing ::you should always sechduled the data purge of HUM jobs and pollers.

RAM= 32 GB
CPU= intel (R) xeon cpu E7540 @ 2GH (32cpu )
so which one matched with this specification ?

Max. no of objects can be polled is 100000 as per your specification.
