Hi guys!

I would manage cisco works alarms in the Netcool/Omnibus Platform, but I have some troubles.

What probe could I use? Does the rules file exist?

If this rules file exists, could anyone help me to find it?

Maybe I have to create it? In this case, how could I proceed?

I believe the probe is called MTTRAPD, and it does not come initially, you would need a license from MUSE/IBM in order for Omnibus to receive traps/events from CW2K.
