Ciscoview patch installation problem

Hi

I have cisco view 5.5 and want to monitor the 6509-E (IOS) .But all the 9 cards/modules are showing as unsupported.

To come over this probelm I decided to install the latest patches 19.1 ,but when I try to install that I am getting the error as minor version are incompatiable

Enclosed the doc which shows the error.If any one have the answer to this problem,please reply.

If you click on Installed packages, what version of CLIParser do you see listed?

Looks like you need version 1.4

Yep that's what we can interpret from the error,It looks like I need CLIParser version 1.4,I have CLIParser 1.3 version installed .But Unfortunately I could not find the CLIParser V1.4 on the Cisco Site.

Can any one send me a link if you guys find 1.4 version

You can download the CLIParser 1.4 package from the following URL:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cview50

do a "find" on 1.4, and it will take you right to it.
