pre requisite to add devices to ciscoworks is that they should be configured with telnet and valid read/write SNMP community strings...

u can add devices through a seed file,or u can add each devices manually to ciscworks RME ...go throught RME essentials menu..first you should test the SNMP reachability from management station to the device..these are quite userfriendly menus...just go through the userguides if u have any,other wise jus go through each menu options and explore,its fun and surely u can make it out working...
