Can anybody please provide the patch for this bug CSCtd18854.?? I am hitting this bug but not able to find patch for this on cisco.com.

Hello Channa,

According to Cisco's readme file for LMS3.2 SP1 this bug is fixed in SP1.

This is the corresponding extract for the resolved problems in Common Service:

Bug Id              Description

CSCtd18854      Inconsistent startup failures when executing the following command from a dos

                        prompt:

            net start crmdmgtd

Try to install SP1.
