Hi,

AS I am currently running 5.x version and I am facing issue with the User Tracking does not start due to xmlwrite.lock presence. And it looks to me a bug and hence Could someone please let me know from were can I get the patch/software of Status Ciscoworks campus manager version 6.0 .Thanks in advance. REgards,Zain

Fariha,

There is a bug out there, CSCtg20882 that is fairly current and new and is not fixed yet that realtes exactly to your issue.  There currently is no patch or workaround for this issue, sorry.
