I am trying to open "User Tracking" in the Campus Manager of our CiscoWorks and receive the following error:
"Cannot connect to the ANI Server. Leaving application. java.lang.Exception.Failed creating AniClient
Does anyone know how to fix this?

If the error went away, it was probably a timing issue. The daemons can take up to 30 minutes after a dmgtd restart to settle.

What version of Campus Manager is this? Please post the output of the command pdshow.
