Ciscoworks LMS 3.2 DFM import devices failed

Hi,

I have installed Ciscoworks LMS 3.2. All components ( CS, CM, RME ) work fine except DFM. I import new devices at DFM, but the import result is "Questioned - SNMP Timeout".

I have increase the SNMP timeout on DFM, also use device credential verify tool to make sure the device credential is ok.

Please help to advise me how to resolve this problem.

Hi,

I installed WireShark at Ciscoworks server, I only see 3 Netbios Name Resolution packets and several icmp request / reply packets, and no other packets send to / receive from the device I import.
