Hi, when I access in my CiscoWorks LMS 4.0 to Admin>Network Monitor/Troubleshoot>RMON Configuration and try to edit my location and contact information to a specific device appear this error.
Please help me with this issue

Hi,
Where exactly are you trying to edit the location and contact information?
Are you refering to LMS 4.1 tac service request tool option at the bottom?
Can you check snmp credential verification for this device for snmp read and write or snmpv3
Reports > Inventory >Management Status > Credential Verification
Also increase the snmp timeout in chassis view

Hi, yes I trying to edit location and contact information and not refering tac services request only I need to put some information in this two field in the RMON and appear this error.
