CiscoWorks LMS Syslog Analyzer time issues

Hello,

I'm having the following time related issue with RME's Syslog Analyzer (CiscoWorks LMS is running on Windows):

1. On a router I see the message below:

Jul  4 12:43:02.746 RO: %SYS-5-CONFIG_I: Configured from console by

2. On the CiscoWorks LMS machine, in the syslog.log file I get:

Jul 04 12:43:04 <ROUTER_IP> 1253: Jul  4 12:43:02.746 RO: %SYS-5-CONFIG_I: Configured from console by

3. In the RME Syslog Analyzer 24 Hour Report the time is shifted with +3 hours and I get:

<ROUTER_NAME> <ROUTER_IP> Jul 04 2011 15:43:02 SYS 5 CONFIG_I Configured from console by

I have modified the file:

C:\Program Files\CSCOpx\MDC\tomcat\webapps\rme\WEB-INF\classes\com\cisco\nm\rmeng\csc\data\Collector.properties

TIMEZONE=EET

COUNTRY_CODE=RO

I have restarted the services after I made the modification in the above config file, but the time is always shifted +3h in the reports.

Can you please advise me on what to do in order to get the correct timestamp in the Syslog Analyzer reports?

How is the timezone configured on the router itself? Does it match the exact case?
