clear counters command

my cisco router 1841 is not taking clear counters commnad

Which IOS version? Do you have privledge to do that?

Does other similar platform has the same issue? It is an issue for other users on same device as well?

If you're checking counters via SNMP polling after using the command clear counters, thay may not work.

No commands except reboot resets the snmp counters. That commands is just for CLI commands.
