We have a problem when we click on the Trunk VLANs Mismatch in the Discrepancy Report.
The message appear:
<<Error while loading. Campus Manager Server may be down.>>
We check the status but CM is up and running.
Thanks for any help or hints

It could it be maybe and just maybe a bug in tehe internet explorer version, did you try to change the IE version to an older one?

By, "CM is up and running," I assume you mean the ANIServer process is working? If so, check the Campus.log for any errors.

No errors in the Campus.log. ANIServer process is running. Any other ideas?

Check the NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log. That should have some error relating to what you see in the GUI.

Looks like a problem with your license or your LicenseServer process. Check to make sure the LicenseServer process is running, and see if there are any other errors in license.log.

Shutdown LicenseServer, then check to see if anything is listening on TCP port 40401. If you use netstat -a -n -o -b, you can see the process that is listening on this port (if any). If you find one, kill the process, then restart LicenseServer.
