Hi,
I just installed CNA 6.2 (tried 6.3.4 first) but no matter which version of 6 I try, I'm always getting the same error.
I can create a community and discover all the devices. Most (not all) of the connections show up in topology view.
I can rearrange and save. Most of the functions are well OK.
BUT
when I close CNA and reopen it, it asks me again for my CCO account asks me for the community to connect to and then shows up tons (actually one for each device) of error messages telling me that
Authentication failed for "level_15_or_view_access" on "<IP-Address>" with stored credentials. Update stored credentials?
The stored credentials files have been created and I do have correct access to them.
Same issue on Windows 7 PC and also on Windows 10 PC with recent Java version.
Any idea ??
