I am trying to do a DNS transfer of zone and RR records from a primary DNS Server to a secondary server. However keep getting the following message: 07/05/2007 13:36:10 name/dns/1 Info Server 0 20929 SCP request 'Authenticate', handler returned (0)

07/05/2007 13:36:22 name/dns/1 Info Server 0 20928 SCP request 'DNSForceZoneTransfer' received

07/05/2007 13:36:22 name/dns/1 Error Server AX_ENOTDIR 20179 DNS forceXfer request for all zones failed.

07/05/2007 13:36:22 name/dns/1 Info Server 0 20929 SCP request 'DNSForceZoneTransfer', handler returned (254)

How do I resolve this issue? Or who has info on the "Server AX_ENOTDIR 20179" error message?

This looks like it could be caused by issuing the second forcexfer too quick and

its actually harmless

When the first forcexfer is issued, the DNS server goes to schedule the xfer. During the execution period, a second forcexfer command is issued, the server returns a busy code to ccm and ccm generates a generic error. This error is harmless. You can issue the forcexfer again after the first one is fully completed.
