CNR DNS Error

I am having this error from the CNR

nrcmd> dns flushcache
501 Connection Failure - dns flushcache

nrcmd> dns reload
320 TRE_NOTLOADED - Bad id or server not loaded.
TRE_NOTLOADED - Bad id or server not loaded.

The server is in production environment and its currently not resolving, please assit.

Hi ,

try to remove DNS cache:

 Nrcmd > dns stop    

At unix prompt rm /var/nwreg2/local/data/dns/CACH.db    

Nrcmd > dns start.
