Collector Log4j upgrade

I see that there are 2 hot fixes for CSPC now:

2.10.0.1 hotfix (Available)
2.9.1.3 hotfix (Available)

But we don't see any recommendations in the software updates section in Collector. Do we have to apply this hotfix manually?
