Common Services 3.0.4 upgrade

Has anyone tried to install the 3.0.4 upgrade to Common Services? I get the same error

An error occured during the

move data process: -105

This usually means that there is a CiscoWorks process that hasn't stopped properly.

Thanks. That worked.

I opened a TAC case and they said to shutdown the daemons too. I guess I have to ask why this happens. The install program says it is shutting down the daemons and then continues with the upgrade only to error and quit. This same thing happened with the LMS 2.5.1 December 2005 upgrade.
