Common Services 3.1

In CS 3.1 I am trying to verify whether or not what all gets backed up when we schedule backups. In reading the documentation for DataMigrationGuide for LMS 3.0 it gives you an overview of the Data Migration for the different functions of CiscoWorks. Now does this backup in Common Services kicks off the NMSRoot/bin/backup.pl script? If so I'm pretty sure its going out to to CS, CM, RME, DFM and so on and grabbing the data contained in the guide. Please let me know.

I think I may have answered my on question as to looking at the log file NMSRoot\log\dbbackup.log

Does the backup contains the device configs also?

Yes, the one backup.pl script will backup Common Services, RME, DFM, and CM in LMS 2.x. In LMS 3.0, the script will also backup IPM. Yes, device configs are included in this backup.
