Configuration Management in LMS 4.1 is not working

I need to archive the configuration for the devices but it states that SSH fails to authenticate although I have checked the credentials many times.

Can you send a screenshot of the error? Or any LMS logs that can assit with troubleshooting? Are you able to ssh direct from the LMS server?
