We are no longer able to make changes, reset ports or change labels on ports using the Cisco Device Manager through any browser (IE, Chrome and Firefox). We can view the front panel and hover over status lights but that is about it. None of the links are active so we can't even update the software following Cisco's step by step instructions. We have Catalyst 2960's and 3750's. The attachment shows the front panel. The links in the left pane are not active in any browser.
