Contacting router in the middle of an IPsec connection

Hello, I have three cisco routers; RouterA, RouterB, and RouterC.

I have an IPsec connection between RouterA and RouterC, with RouterB sitting in between the other two routers. The problem is, ever since I setup the IPsec connection, I can not telnet or ping RouterB, because it now sits inside the tunnel. Is there way around this; is there some way I can still contact the router in the middle?

 - You should re-design the managerial access to your network devices (in this case) the routers; work towards out-of-band solutions. That does not need  to be physical , but a separate network / VLAN for management purposes (e.g. - final solutions may vary).
