Tried multiple accounts, all with the same auth failure. FWIW, "copy flash ftp" works. Normal scp between UNIX hosts works. SSH is enabled.

Thanks. Is there a link for CatOS? I can't seem to find one. It appears I'd need the CatOS equivalent of IOS "ip scp server enable".
