Hi try use scp(requires ssh on switch)or ftp instead of tftp , something is corrupting it slightly , better using tcp transfer than udp , it would be difficult to say exactly where corruption is occurring but that's the first thing id be doing instead as an option is move away from tftp
are you doing this on lan or across the wan
