Hello, does exist any way to know if the OID ifHCOutOctets return to 0 is because of the reinitialization of the router or because it raises its maximum value?

If we would know the time the router was last reinitialized we would solve the problem. Does exist any way to know the time when the router was last reinitialized or the time passed since it was last reinitialized?
