You have tomake templates that it gives the CRC error on Cisco Works. For that you have to do folloowing:
RME can send notifications based on syslog messages. If the device is managed in RME and
can generate a syslog message for the error, RME can be configured to send an "automated
action" email. Go to RME > Admin > Syslog Analysis > Define Automated Action.
Click on Add to see a list of supported syslog messages.
DFM polls certain MIBs for fault management and one of these is the
OLD-CISCO-INTERFACES-MIB. The lifTable from that MIB gives CRC and other interace
information.
