CSM Data Mirgation from CSM3.3.1 to CSM4.2

    Hi,

We are in the process of upgrading CSM from v3.3.1 to v4x. 

In my current setup, CSM v3.3.1 is installed on a Windows 2003 server.

The new setup will have CSM V4 installed on a Windows 2008 server with new hardware.

This setup has been built and CSM V4 is installed on it.

QUESTION:  How can I migrate the appropriate data from v3.3.1 to v4.x?

The procedure is documented in the 4.2 Installation Guide here.

Basically you backup the database on your 3.3 instance and restore it on the 4.2 server.

I'd recommend further upgrading to the current 4.4 while you're at it.
