Ctc unable to launch

unable to launch ctc release 9.2 via Vpn Client

my pc configuration:

windows XP,SP2

Internet explorer 7

Java 1.6.0_26

When I  try to launch ctc localy or via Vpn client,my pc display :

EID-2199 the node is unreacheable because its type could not be determined

or EID-2198 ctc unable to switch to the node view

Can someone tell me how set my pc?

I guess you have probably asked this in a wrong Technology group. If CTC is Cisco Transport Controller, you probably want to repost it to Optical Networking Tech Group of CSC forum, else the people with expertise on CTC might not even see it here in NMS technology group.

Also it is no possible for me to transfer this to another group. I would recommend close this thread and copy paste to Optical Networking Group to get the proper attention and solution to your problem.
