CW2000 Ciscoview

I have installed cw2000,but the ciscoview application cannot view the device catalyst2950.it's warning:Resulting class definition does not exist on server!com.cisco.nm.cvw.devpkgs.CatQdm.Descriptor.

ciscoview's version is 5.5 and the device package's is 4.0. The IOS version running on cat2950 is c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-19.EA1c.bin.

What should I do?

I believe the current version is 6. Can you try upgrading your package support and see if that helps?
