Dashlets on Cisco Prime Performance dashboard

Hi All,

I have created performance dashboard for devices, sites , interfaces using my root user. I am able to see data now but when other user trying to see these performance dashboard it is showing an error of PI System Page Error

Attaching the screenshot for your reference.

do i need make any configuration so that same dashboard can be seen by other user as well

- Which version of Prime is this ? - Check Prime's status using ncs status ; possibly restart prime using ncs stop followed by ncs start.

Hi,

Which privilege level does have your users? This seems to be user privilege problem. Change the user privilege to at least Admin and test.

I checked that too, both the users are from root domain

The second reason I could raise is Browser problem. Have they tried with Mozilla, IE and Chrome?
